RORY McILROY's childhood home is on the market, complete with a putting range and a swing simulator.
The four-time major winner pocketed around 38million last year through prize money and endorsements.
And McIlroy has been enjoying his career wealth, having moved to Florida to work and train several years ago, while he married sweetheart Erica Stoll back in April, two years after they met.
His home in Holywood, on the southern outskirts of Belfast, has a turfed over back garden with some golf course to practice his putting on.
This was also the place where McIlroy used to chip the ball into his parents Gerry and Rosie's washing machine.
And there is a swing studio, complete with cameras and sensors to analyse any aspiring golfer's swing technique.

Estate agent John Minnis told the Belfast Telegraph: "Fabulous opportunity to purchase this beautifully presented red brick semi-detached property which is the former family home of world class golfer Rory McIlroy.
"This was the home he was brought up in. If you have seen the pictures of him chipping the balls into the washing machine, that was in this house."
