ANDREW 'BEEF' JOHNSTON has challenged golf beauty Paige Spiranacto a chip off - with the winner taking home a burger.

The unlikely pair want to face off after Paige revealed that the man affectionately known as 'Beef' is her favourite golfer.

The 23-year-old, who has more than 760,000 followers on her Instagram, said that the bearded golfer, who came eighth in The Open earlier this year was a "cool guy".

Beef replied: "Wen [sic] we having a chipping comp?"

Paige said: "Winner gets Arby's?"

To which Beef said: "Done. It's oooon."

Beef then told SunSport: "It's cool to have Paige say that, but I still want to beat her in a chipping comp for an Arby's!"

The charismatic Londoner has shot to fame in the last year after his performance at Royal Troon, with an adoring crowd shouting 'BEEF!' after every shot.

The golfer has now signed a sponsorship deal with burger chain Arby's.

Paige hit the headlines last week after she pulled off an amazing trick shot - hitting an iron off her boobs.
