GONZALO HIGUAIN'S dad has stoked the flames ahead of Juventus' clash with Real Madrid.
The Argentinian striker, 30, quit the Bernabeu for Napoli in 2013 and was replaced by Gareth Bale, 28.
His old man Jorge blames Florentino Perez for the exit - insisting the Real supremo made a big mistake.
He told: Cadena SER: "It hurt me the way he left Madrid.
"It's something that the president did.[Perez] probably didn't like him.
"I think they could have done a lot more things with [Karim] Benzema, Cristiano [Ronaldo] and Gonzalo together.
"When they formed that trio in Madrid, they were some of the best goal-scorers. Gonzalo could have stayed longer at Real Madrid."
Higuain was lethal for Napoli - earning himself a big-money move to Juventus, where he has come under fire for his performances at times.
And his 60-year-old dad - who played for River Plate and Boca Juniors - accused his critics of jealousy.

He added: "When criticism is constructiveyou can get positive things.
"The player knows that he played badly, you do not need to be told, but when he hears criticism he can improve.
"Journalism sometimes has the authority to hire and fire players or coaches, and they have not touched a ball in their lives, that's what bothers them [the journalists].
"Messi has also been criticised a lot. Argentina is a very nice country, but with the government and hospitals, there are injustices of all kinds nothing happens. A player fails and the world seems to end."
