HE does not need to fill their entire training ground full of lemons.
Nor does he need to snap arrowheads on his Adams apple as he walks over miles of hot coals.
No, there is a far easier way for Mauricio Pochettino to get rid of all the negativity at Tottenham.
And that is simply by announcing once and for all whether he is blooming staying or going.
For such a devout believer in universal energy, the Spurs manager is in danger of draining every last ounce of positivity out of the club following their 2-0 Champions League final defeat by Liverpool.
We should rightly be reflecting on one of the most incredible seasons in the North Londoners history and the key role Poch played in masterminding it.
Instead, the only topic on Tottenham lips this morning is their managers future and it is all his own doing.
Some in and around White Hart Lane, sorry the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, would have you believe it is a conspiracy of the West Ham-supporting media.
But it was certainly not a journalist who announced on the eve of the semi- final second leg at Ajax that Pochettino would walk if he led Spurs to Champions League glory, it was the boss himself.
He was not even asked a question about his future, he just pulled the pin out and tossed the grenade.

And to make sure we got the message he then clarified his comment that night before returning to the subject after his teams amazing comeback win in Amsterdam, by adding that he could even leave if they lost the final to Liverpool.
It was a bombshell which has left a giant mushroom cloud of uncertainty hanging over the club ever since.
Pochettino who revealed he keeps a bowl of lemons in his office to suck out any negativity in the air now wants assurances from chairman Daniel Levy about Tottenhams plans before deciding whether to remain at the club.
And all this despite signing a bumper five-year deal worth 8.5million a year just 13 months ago.
The pair are scheduled to meet this week.
Until then Spurs are stuck in no-mans land, while their rivals are marching ahead with their preparations for next season.
It may only be a few days but as we were reminded on Saturday night, there appears to be a fair bit of work to do this summer if Spurs are to retain their top-four place and challenge in Europe once again.

Fourth-placed Tottenham finished 26 points behind Liverpool in second and there were times at the Wanda Metropolitano when it showed.
Late finishes have been a feature of Spurs Euro adventure but on Saturday they turned up too late, with several of their top stars failing to show at all.
Has Dele Alli ever have had a worse game for Tottenham? And what about Son Heung-min? His touch was so poor he looked like he was playing in roller skates.
Then there was Christian Eriksen, who has been linked with a 60m switch to Real Madrid or Barcelona as his Spurs deal enters its final year.
He certainly failed to impress on Spanish soil although if the truth be known he has not performed well since Christmas.

And when you looked at the Spurs bench you wondered what difference Davinson Sanchez, Erik Lamela, Victor Wanyama, Eric Dier, Kyle Walker-Peters, Juan Foyth, Serge Aurier or Ben Davies could have made.
With both first-choice full-backs Kieran Trippier and Danny Rose tipped to leave, a big summer for Tottenham just got a whole lot bigger this weekend.
But they cannot do anything until Pochettino sorts out what he is doing.
Until then they are in limbo and, it would seem, a bit of bother.
