JORDAN HENDERSON'S Champions League success will stay with him forever - after getting a tattoo of the trophy on his leg.
Liverpool's captain lifted Ol' Big Ears after this month's 2-0 win over Tottenham in Madrid.
To commemorate the biggest achievement of his career, Henderson had the iconic trophy inked onto his left thigh, with the date of the triumph written beneath.
Sunderland-born England star Henderson, 29, got the tattoo while on holiday in California.
Artist Tommy Montoya, who works at Klockwork Tattoo Club 333, which is about 25 miles east of Los Angeles, shared a snap of himself with Hendo, as well as an image of his work.
He captioned the post: "Congratulations to the champs @liverpoolfc @jhenderson.
"Even at the top he remains humble. #truechampion @klockwork_tattoo_club"
Henderson has one other tattoo - a piece listing the names and dates of birth of his two daughters Alexa, five, and Alba, four.
The midfielder, who played the full 90 minutes against Spurs on June 1, dedicated the win to his cancer survivor dad Brian.
Former policeman Brian was diagnosed with throat cancer six years ago and underwent radiotherapy and had a tumour cut from his tongue which left a hole the size of a 50p coin.
Henderson broke down in tears as he hugged his father in the Wanda Metropolitano crowd after the full-time whistle.
He said: "My dad has been through a lot over the past few years, not only with himself but with his family.
I am sure he will be so proud to see us win the game and win the Champions League. It will mean the world to him. I am just glad I can put a smile on his face."
