THOMAS TUCHEL has revealed why he chose to boss Paris Saint Germain ahead of Bayern Munich.
The German takes the French champions to Liverpool tomorrow night for what is surely the pick of the Champions League group openers.
And he says, for now at least, he has his dream job.
Tuchel insists there was even no turning back on Paris when more traditional giants Bayern, by far the most powerful club in his own country. came in for him.
He told French sports newspaper L'Equipe: "Their proposal arrived too late, I had already decided to joinPSG.
"My choice after Dortmund was very clear, it was something I had deep down inside me.
"If Im lucky enough to have an experience abroad, I have to try.
"It was clear with my family, my staff and for me. Paris was special, it was a nice surprise."

And the German kings, as well as PSG, might well be happy with how things have ended up.
Bayern are already the only 100% side in the Bundesliga after three matches.
Meanwhile, big-spending PSG have won their opening six games of the season for the first time ever, including five Ligue 1victories.
