LIVERPOOL'S incredible 4-0 win over Barcelona on Tuesday night has been voted the best Euro comeback ever by fans.
That was despite stiff competition from Tottenham after Lucas Moura completed a stunning hat-trick against Ajax with the latest goal in European Cup/Champions League history.
The Brazilian sent Spurs to an all-English final in Madrid by scoring a 96th-minute winner in Amsterdam.
Although Spurs fought back from three goals down, fans voting in a SunSport poll judged the night before was even more dramatic.
Barcelona had dominated the first leg and took what appeared to be an insurmountable lead to Anfield.
But Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool played the game to perfection, never letting their foot off the gas to beat Barcelona into submission.
That win has now been voted the best ever comeback after grabbing 37 per cent of the vote.
In second place was Spurs' dramatic win, which received 22 per cent of votes.
Surprisingly, that 3-2 win came ahead of Sir Alex Ferguson's greatest triumph - Manchester United winning the Treble in Barcelona in 1999.
Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer scored two late goals as United beat Bayern Munich 2-1 to win the competition.
That comeback gathered 20 per cent of the vote.
Barcelona's epic 'remontada' against Paris Saint-Germain also stuck in the memory - getting 12 per cent of votes.
PSG had won the first leg 4-0 but Neymar's 91st-minute penalty and a 95th-minute winner from Sergi Roberto sent Barca through in 2017.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's biggest win this season, the 3-1 turnaround in Paris, gathered only five per cent of votes.
