FIVE Lyon fans were injured and six more arrested after clashes on the streets of Barcelona ahead of their Champions League second leg drubbing.
Spanish radio station Cadena SER has claimed four French supporters were hit with pepper spray while another picked up a nasty wound in the scuffle - before Barcelona hit five past the Ligue 1 giants.
It's thought the supporters were part of Lyon's "Bad Gones" (Bad Kids) group of ultras - who have links with Real Madrid's Ultrasur.
The ugly clash came just hours before the second-leg of the team's last-16 clash - on an overall hideous evening for the French side.
The Lyon fans had broadcast their meet-up point as the Placa d'Osca near Barcelona's Nou Camp stadium.
The Bad Gones are said to have 6,000 supporters in their ranks and have links to the far right.
However, their plans to embark on the Placa d'Osca were quashed after they arrived to find a banner reading: "Everyone detests fascists".
Lyon's supporters instead made their way to the Placa d'Artos - setting off flares and were controlled by police in the Spanish city.
The Bad Gones have been involved in a spate of ugly incidents over the years - including a clash with Besiktas' ultras Carso.
That 2017 fracas led to both clubs being charged by Uefa - and handed a two-year suspended ban from Europe.
