Gonzalo Higuain was injured in Juventus' clash with Toirino

TOTTENHAM may have been handed a huge boost as Gonzalo Higuain left the Turin derby injured.

The Juventus striker - who bagged two goals in the first-leg draw - lasted just 16 minutes in the 1-0 win over Torino before being replaced.

And with the second-leg on March 7 not long away, Argie ace Higuain is now a doubt to line up at Wembley.

Racing on to a Miralem Pjanic through-ball, the lethal striker tried to hurdle Torino stopper Salvatore Sirigu.

And in a blow to Old Lady chiefMassimiliano Allegri , Higauin was unable to continue with what looked like an ankle injury.

The former Napoli forward's penalty miss was the catalyst for Spurs' comeback in Turin as Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane struck.

"We always go forward... always listening to constructive criticism, not destructive.
