TIGER WOODS was crowned Masters champion for the fifth time on Sunday, prompting fresh clamour for his return to EA Sports' golf gaming series.
The 43-year-old titled EA Sports' popular golf game every year from 1999 to 2014 before being ditched.
Years of personal life scandal, injury, and a reckless driving charge led to many consigning Woods' career to the scrap heap.
EA appeared to be among them when dropping the American from the front of their PGA Tour gaming franchise, replacing him with Rory McIlroy in 2015.
No more games have been released since then but Woods' Augusta feat, ending his 11-year wait for a major title, has the series back on gamers' minds.
"Can I get a Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2020 please and thank you," tweeted one eager player.
Another social media said: "Is it now a great time to bring back Tiger Woods for 2020 with a new comeback golf game after dumping the game after the last disaster? Bring back the the Masters as well. It would so good in 4k."
Woods went into the final round of the Masters two shots behind Francesco Molinari, but the pair experienced contrasting fortunes.
The Italian dropped from 13-under to 11-under with a round that included double-bogeys on the 12th and 15th holes.
That allowed Woods in to claim victory by a single stroke.
In emotional scenes, the 43-year-old celebrated with his children in the same spot he embraced his father following his first green jacket triumph in 1997.
He said: Just to have them there and to see their Pops win, just like my Pops was always there for me, is so special.
"It was amazing to have my mum there too, just as she was when I won my first Masters.
And, of course, I thought about my dad, how he was there for me in 1997, and in 2005 when his health was so bad he shouldnt really have come.
I feel blessed to have two great kids. I think I hope they will be proud of their dad."
